Seven year old Jack Hoffman had the chance to score a touchdown during the 2013 Nebraska spring football game. Taylor Martinez, Nebraska's QB, handed the ball off to Jack, which he ran into the end zone for a touchdown. The team then celebrated with him in the end zone. Jack was diagnosed with Brain cancer in April 2011. Check out this video. The Tiffin Sports Pages wishes Jack good luck and beat cancer.
