It was announced on Monday that Will Fuller, a high school senior, who was previously committed to Penn State has made a commitment to play for Notre Dame in 2013. Will made the decision after visiting Penn State and decided that Notre Dame was the best fit for him. According to a Yahoo Sports article, Fuller stated that the top notch education at Notre Dame was what sealed the deal.
